Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days (after processing).
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 0-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

Note: We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. DELIVERY METHODS
To ensure your jerseys arrive in perfect condition, we utilize reliable shipping partners:

Lightweight Shipments (Single/Multiple Jerseys): Most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your item has left our facility, you will be notified via email with a tracking link.

Bulk Orders: For larger team orders or bulky shipments, we may utilize premium freight carriers. Please note that delivery dates shown on carrier websites are estimates and not guarantees.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY & PO BOXES

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Silhouette is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding any applicable service fees) and ask that you re-submit your order with the correct details.

While we attempt to fulfill orders to all addresses, we recommend providing a physical street address instead of a PO Box for faster and more reliable delivery.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping currently.
